SpeeDee was recommended to me by a coworker when I first moved to the area about an year ago and honestly, I’ve had the best service for both a new car and a car that’s 10+ years old. They’re always prompt, communicative, honest, and upfront about everything. The pricing is fair. I appreciate the care and professionalism every time I go in. I never feel like they’re just trying to get more money and they don’t treat me like I have no idea what a car is, which I appreciate very much. Excellent job as always!

My usual mechanic was out of town and I was in desperate need of a mechanic to fix a bad power steering pump. I had already purchased the pump, so I brought it with me hoping it would save me a few bucks. I was charged over $380 for this service (to my understanding at this time). Exactly one day later the car presents the same issue. I take it back to have it checked out, and am told by the store manager “We just put it in- we didn’t FIX anything”. The regional manager came to speak with me and agreed that the language used during point of sale was incorrect, and she could tell that I didn’t understand how a reputable mechanic can just put a part in but not actually FIX the issue. They refused to complete the service or give me a refund, or rectify the problem in any way. Now my car sits in the lot- waiting for a real mechanic to take a look at her. I feel like I’ve been scammed or robbed to be honest.

I had a great experience at Speedee today. I got in and out within 45 mins. The employee suggested other things for me to get fixed on my car and when I said I could not get it done today, he didn’t press me to get the services like I’ve been done before at other places when getting an oil change. Great and quick experience!

I had a concern that had nothing to do with my oil change service and the guys were soooo very helpful with helping me identify the problem. I’ll definitely be going back there for the repair (as soon as I save up the dough! 😂). I’ve been going to SpeeDee since they first opened that location and love the Veteran support and customer service. Today’s service was free because I had my buy 3 get 4th free punch card and I use full synthetic so it was a great savings!! Thanks guys!!!

Took my Range Rover Sport in with several issues. All were completed at a very reasonable price as opposed to other quotes I had received. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is now my “go to” place for service.Job well done!
